I bought and installed the device about 10 months ago and everything was working fine, but currently there are no vibration alerts, and I activated the following sms command stva:1 & stvb:1 and the same problem. And the hardware of the device works well and enters sleep mode, and the lamps light up when vibrating, so what is the solution

I received my order(GF-22) but it has no magnet and the battery drains not as explained online. "Targeting" option crashing, and poor geo-fence procedure. You need to upgrade your app.

Can't log in. I put in the IMEI and the password as 123456 for first time set up, and it says that the IMEI is not valid when it is... I followed all the instructions

It works, just about, but it's a very cheap app. Get what you pay for. Fencing option only lists one despite others being created, vibration alerts are constant with no way to turn off and the 'alerts' can only be seen in the app with no push notifications. The actual live map tracking works and the remote cut-out does too so still a useful tool. I would be happy to pay extra for a decent update.
