Some of the puzzles won't retain color movement...(1st area) the elephant was put together, then it retained its color and movement...but the giraffe, as well as the rest, just stayed shadowed-the campfire, for example, showed movement, but was just shadows! The models keep the color until it's completed, then it goes BACK TO SHADOW...EVEN THE ANIMATION DOES!!
