I love the bank but, you guys butchered the app. It's amazing how poorly you've done. Thanks for keeping up with the rest of the world

The update screwed everything, don't know who's in charge of designing and managing this app, but they need to be replaced, it is slower since the update, laggy also takes longer to mobile deposit, and the layout isn't pleasing

Whoever decided to roll out the new app needs a new job(s). 1. Settings in the app shows an error 2. Login reset calls and gives invalid temp passwords (3x in a row) with a muffled auto-voice 3. Reinstalling the app just locks me entirely out of my account 4. None of the ATM tellers nor the phone tellers can help between 5-6pm, meaning I'll be locked out of my account unless I take time off work tomorrow or wait till the weekend to go in person. Incomplete testing and change management.
