I could t not move my money from my saving to checking after typing multiple times, and finally after 3o min it worked...I did everything the same.

Whoever decided to roll out the new app needs a new job(s). 1. Settings in the app shows an error 2. Login reset calls and gives invalid temp passwords (3x in a row) with a muffled auto-voice 3. Reinstalling the app just locks me entirely out of my account 4. None of the ATM tellers nor the phone tellers can help between 5-6pm, meaning I'll be locked out of my account unless I take time off work tomorrow or wait till the weekend to go in person. Incomplete testing and change management.
