I can't stress enough though, something that Jeff constantly encourages, PERMANENTLY adjusting your eating habits is pivotal in transforming your body. Recently app freezes on certain workouts preventing auto progression and ending the workout

The app freezes on the 8th day of workout and does not move on any more from the "jackknife" exercise 😭
