7-min workout only and no other stuff. There is a tracking option. "Half way there" narration helps when needing to switch sides during side plank. The ads don't disrupt the exercise routine itself but surprised me a few times right after the routine is over. The video download makes the installation size a little big.

It will do for free but not great. First time around it works fine. Second time i get no sound so it messed up the flow.
