75 Days Hard Challenge is a fitness and health app. The challenge is about the 75 hard program which has six rules that must be followed exactly without compromise for 75 days. the rules are : Follow a diet: it is up to you to choose which one but it has to be designed to improve your health. Work out outside for 45 min Workout inside for 45 min No alcohol or cheat meals Drink 4.5 Liters of water. Read 10 pages of a non fiction book And finally take a progress photo every single day.
As you see the challenge rules are very hard and if you miss one of them you need to go back to day one.
This app is a daily tracker to help you follow the 75 days hard program without forgeting your progress. It also contains many exercises you can perform inside or outside with varying difficulties. You can also calculate your BMI and set reminders for future workouts.

There is a glitch with the progress picture taker. Doesn't look the picture or let you check it off the list

Stuck on Day 1, despite everything checked off. Shifted to day 2 on day 4. On day 8, still stuck on day 2. Need to allow manual day shifts, and not depend on the settings off the phone. If people are going "cheat" 75 Hard, this app being stuck on days is not going to stop them...

I am so frustrated with this app. He clearly says "you have until you go to sleep" so even if I complete one of the tasks past midnight I should still be able to check it off without it restarting me to Day 1.. Happened twice already! Really discouraging bc I know I did not mess up and I do NOT need to start over. I think I am going to write down a checklist everyday now instead of this app.
