75 Hard Tracker & Challenge

75 days. Five rules. One task missed and you are back to day 1. That is the challenge — this app is the site office that keeps the record straight, and it costs nothing.

Every part of the tracker is free. No paid download, no subscription stacked on top, no core feature locked away.

WHAT YOU GET
• Daily checklist — diet, two workouts with one outdoors, water and 10 pages. Tap tasks as you go; the day closes only when all of them are done.
• Water in ounces — the counter people keep asking for. Add +8 oz or +16 oz, type any amount, undo the last pour, and the water task ticks itself when you hit 128 oz. Switch to ml in settings.
• Honest streak reset — miss a task and the app shows which day fell and which task stayed open, then starts you clean at day 1. That is the rule, not a bug.
• 75-day grid — the whole run at a glance: days done, days failed, today and everything ahead. Tap a past day to see what you closed and how much you drank.
• Three presets — 75 Hard, 75 Soft with one rest day a week, and a 30 day run. Every task is free in every preset.
• Two reminders — a mid-day water check and a last call before midnight. Both stay off until you turn them on.

WHO IT IS FOR
Anyone running 75 Hard, 75 Soft or a 30 day challenge who is tired of counting glasses in a notes app, and anyone who does not want to pay twice to tick five boxes a day.

PRIVACY
No account, no sign-up, no access to your contacts. Your days, your streak and your water log stay on the phone, reminders are scheduled locally, and the tracker works fully offline.

Pick your challenge, pour the first 8 oz and lay day 1 today.

The app is free and supported by ads. It is an independent tracker and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of the 75 Hard program.

Track the whole challenge without paying for it: tick the five daily tasks, count your water in ounces up to the gallon, and watch the 75-day grid fill in.

Miss a task and the streak resets honestly to day 1 — with the day and the task that broke it spelled out. Pick 75 Hard, 75 Soft or a 30 day run, set two reminders, and start today.
