This is a great system for small business management. Everything is straightforward and self-explanatory. The restaurant I've been working at for over a decade recently switched to this system, and the transition has been almost seamless. I love that it notifies you an hour before your shift starts, and the ability to offer up and bid on shifts helps to streamline the schedule revision process... Just remember to show up!

This app is absolutely terrible....it never works properly.some people can use early pay some can't. The notifications are late coming through and, it literally gives black screen on start up twice a week. Might as well screenshot it and just view my pictures at this point.

I don't have access to 7 helps. Also, my payroll hasn't updated in Clair in 6 weeks, so that has been a pain.

Love the concept of the app but mine never wants to open it just crashes on loading screen.

Annoying. It auto notifies you of tasks only for there to be no tasks it doesn't send accurate notifications just generic ones that aren't even applicable. On demand pay approved me when my pay was only like $400 I got $200. But when pay went over $1200 it won't even approve a $100 advance. Insane that I've worked over $1200 in pay, and it won't approve, but it did when my pay was only $400 I'm assuming using AI which explains the insane decision-making. So if you want an advance skip this app

Update: 5/30/26 App still has glitches. It isn't showing people's shifts up for grabs, and it is showing the wrong person for the shift that is up. Half the time the shifts go missing when they are still available.
