Best work scheduling app EVER! Allows employees to use their own chosen name, profile picture, and has direct messaging to communicate with coworkers. It also allows full view of ALL fellow co-workers whom you will be working with for that day, view your pay and tips for each day and sends notifications of your work schedules.

Easy scheduling app. I am able to view my schedule as well as everyone else who is working that shift. I can give up shifts and pick up shifts. We also group chat and give shout-outs for a job well done. Very convenient

It's a great management app, however, feedback on daily shifts shouldn't be a view wall for seeing daily shifts and should instead remain an option for everyday prior and current. I love the transparency in management, the ability to receive and send messages to all team members, and the speed and ease of it all adds to the experience. Thanks for all the work, now it's our turn.

I don't understand why you would take away the ability to submit your scheduling availability. That was so much easier for employees and managers rather than having to write notes and have conversations with every manager involved with scheduling.

Stop making the back button close the whole app, I can't go to the home screen if I click in on a notification

Importing calendar into Google calendar in blocks off incorrect times. The shifts are labeled correctly in calendar but always landing 2hrs late in blocking off the appointment and can't find direct support link. Edit: the ? You speak of only connects to a chatbot and after repeated tries of wording problem correct accomplished absolutely NOTHING.

I'm still employed (25 years)...listed on 7 shift list of employees but no longer can open my shift. My manager has tried for two weeks without success. Need correcting!! No employee can contact me, I can not contact an employee??
