Description
This app helps you to umpire (referee) Eightball pool matches (using World Eightball Pool Federation rules).
The main feature is a 60 second timer, that can provide a warning at 30 seconds. It shows how to correctly rack the balls before the frame starts, and can (optionally) assist in making the correct ruling following a break or time foul.
The entire main area of the screen can be clicked to reset the timer, which vibrates to indicate that the timer has been reset. This makes it easy to time shots without having to look away from the table!
Includes a timeout button and various settings.
This app can also be used from an Android Wear device.

Great app, simple and easy to use. This app is a great help for refereeing pool. Timer resets on screen touch, and the phone vibrates at 30 seconds and 0 seconds remaining, keeping focus on the game. Sound alerts can also be turned on or vibration off. Included is an optional prompt to help call the break, which can otherwise be confusing for newer players. It would be great to see a copy of world rules included in the app, rather than a link to the EPA, and even the rules for other cue sports.

Excellent timer app for playing 8-ball, simple yet so effective. With the vibrate function you don't have to look at it while using it, simply hold it in your hand and watch the game you're umpiring, the vibrate function will let you know when 30/60 seconds had passed. The timing intervals can also be changed if you require that flexibility.

Not much functionality. The rules guiding would be useful if it would contain the gameplay not only the break. Also with the other rulesets.

Our team used to use this app for every pool game however it's not compatible for Samsung 21 or above. Update badly needed.
