★★★★★ I love that I eat what I want and still watch the scale go down. This is by far the best program ever. It's about being mindful not about dieting.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the app but could not use it. It would not allow me to create a username and password. Apparently, you have to have a profile BEFORE you download the app, which makes no sense. If that part of the app is a problem, I'm sure the rest of the app is going to be a headache, too. No, thanks. Uninstalled.
