I recommend using a computer or laptop to create your online banking account, because I had trouble verifying it at first because you have to view the agreements before accepting them, and it opens a new tab. But doesn't save the old one, so you can't actually accept the terms. But once you do set it up, no more walking to the atm for balance Inquiries, or transfers. If you set up direct deposit you can see when the money deposited, and split it between your accounts accordingly. Hope this helps!

The app is very easy to use, couldn't recommend it more. However, the only "gripe" I do have is the transaction inquiry. Is there a way to incorporate showing us WHAT we've purchased during a given time instead of just WHERE? Like a digital log of the items purchased from whatever store we were at? I'm terrible at keeping receipts.

I've been trying to log in for over an hour. 7/16/26 I've tried to check my account several times since this morning and for some reason the app will not even let me enter my account info, it just keeps giving me the main loading screen. I checked last night before my check usually comes on, and it was fine now this morning It simply won't work. I just want to check my balance and I can't.

I've never had so many problems as I have had with this Bank over the few years that I've had it. Everything from a complete change over of their name and logo to operational problems to ATM problems just a hassle.
