It is very convenient trust me, as soon as I ordered my delivery came less than 30 mins
★★★★★
Thorough in delivering service to its customers.
★★★★★
Very reliable delivery service. They have a few time issues, but that's to be expected with the high volume of request for delivery.
★★★★★
Got my order on time the driver got exactly what I wanted love this app
★★★★★
A good service, prompt with great customer service from the drivers and motorcycle riders. The only downside is that when orders are not fully completed, it is difficult to obtain refunds.
★★☆☆☆
Expressed that I am allergic to a specific ingredient and to ensure that the food ordered didn't have the ingredient which could result in me being hospitalized. The food was delivered with the item that could send me to my death. I contacted support, and they basically told me that nothing could be done. I requested a refund as I had to throw the food out. The support was of no help.
★★☆☆☆
Total bs. Hours and I can't receive my order, and I was told I'd be contacted re my order and that was a no show. Uncertainty in delivery time when my order was to be delivered hours ago
