This app doesn't update the listings to say if a product is out of stock or if a product is really on sale or not. I have gotten phone calls from the shop that they have ran out of the product or the item is not on sale (even though it's shown in the app that the shop is showing the sale price). The other thing I only found out later was when the rider arrived at my house that my credit card payment didn't go in when during checkout when it said that it absolutely went through during checkout.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMER. IT WILL PESTER YOU EVEN FOR A MINIMAL AMOUNT EVEN IF IT WAS THE FAULT OF THEIR IMPATIENT HARSH SHOPPER WHO DID NOT REACH OUT AND JUST CANCELLED THE CUSTOMER'S ORDER.

NO STAR AT ALL. Ordered for convenience, but the store will either send you wrong order or will cancel some items from your order without notifying you. In Grab, stores would usually inform the customer of unavailable items and would check if you still want to proceed. 100% of my orders here in Pickaroo are total FAIL.

Absolute worst. Scheduled for delivery, and it's been hours since I ordered and there is no update. Said that my perishable orders were out of stock, but I'm guessing it's because they are so slow with their update and deliveries that they opt to take it out. Prices of the goods may be cheaper but the hassle is definitely not worth it. Don't install or order through this app, save yourself the trouble.
