This app doesn't update the listings to say if a product is out of stock or if a product is really on sale or not. I have gotten phone calls from the shop that they have ran out of the product or the item is not on sale (even though it's shown in the app that the shop is showing the sale price). The other thing I only found out later was when the rider arrived at my house that my credit card payment didn't go in when during checkout when it said that it absolutely went through during checkout.

The order/good is accurate though they won't inform you ahead of time that one or few of the items are out of stock. Also, the delivery time and tracking is not accurate. I just ordered recently and late for almost 5hrs to deliver and one of item is out of stock (w/o informing me). I also have another order it was late for 3hrs but never delivered since it was cancelled due to no shopper available. C'mon you accepted the order and late for 3hrs then cancelled ridiculous.

NOT RECOMMENDED their services.negative experiences every time with the Pickaroo delivery or supermarket services. Someone texts/call you for reschedule then someone else cancels the order leaving your amount pending for reversal.
