All the food ordering apps have no picture comments function in Austria. That's very strange and unpraktisch ~~ otherwise Lieferando is not bad

It really depends on what you are looking for inside an App. If you like additional options while ordering, only a few are given using this app. In my usual restaurant, when calling, you can change side dishes, free of charge, or swap ingredients. An option where you can call them quickly would be nice, additionally to the note you can type. Else: A straightforward App that works well. Interface is responsive. Payment methods are plenty. Shows min value to order and delivery fee. 4/5.

Awful experience, more than once. Orders that never arrive, or missing items, and the lieferando AI customer service is absolutely useless. When we managed to talk to a person, they told us to contact the restaurants, but they never pick up. At most once they wrote that our address was not correct (same address we used before). We're still waiting for a refund for the last order, which on the app is still about to be delivered (since 3 h). We will never use lieferando again.

Sooner or later you will lose your money! I ordered food for delivery, it turned automatically into an order for a pickup (what point of using the delivery app then?). The restaurant claimed that I had picked up the food after a half an hour - which was not true. I went there later, and they said there was no food anymore. I lost the money and liferando decided not to refund it. In the past orders were also cancelled without notice. I do not recommend this app, there are better out there.
