It really depends on what you are looking for inside an App. If you like additional options while ordering, only a few are given using this app. In my usual restaurant, when calling, you can change side dishes, free of charge, or swap ingredients. An option where you can call them quickly would be nice, additionally to the note you can type. Else: A straightforward App that works well. Interface is responsive. Payment methods are plenty. Shows min value to order and delivery fee. 4/5.

All the food ordering apps have no picture comments function in Austria. That's very strange and unpraktisch ~~ otherwise Lieferando is not bad

Absolute trash, waited for over an hour, no driver accepted my order, so I had to get it myself in the end. Also, you can't cancel the order despite the restaurant haven't even started preparing it. So I ended up paying over €6 upcharge for walking to the restaurant myself. With lieferando plus, I might add. Also, no customer support just a useless chatbot. Edit: To their credit, they gave up after not finding a driver for 2.5 hours and canceled / refunded my order.

The selection of restaurants in my area improved lately. Today I was hungry and too lazy to cook, so I ordered at one restaurant. The order was cancelled 10 minutes later, and I got refunded immediately. I ordered somewhere else and the delivery time took longer than announced (as usual). After 50 minutes, the app told me, that it's almost there. After one hour: the same. I called the restaurant, who said they had it prepared, but it was cancelled by Lieferando. I wrote the support and wait now...
