Garbage app with garbage AI "customer service". Our order has been stuck at the restaurant for the last hour with no one to pick it up. We can't cancel the order and their chatbot is useless. Never had this issue with Uber Eats.

Horrible food! The cook needs to go to India and taste a biryani. The most horrible biryani I ever had, it was not biryani but something else that was inedible and thought at least the chicken korma would be any better, but it was even more horrible, no idea why sugar was poured into the chicken curry, it is supposed to be spicy! Will never order here again. I would request the chef to order biryani from flavors of india and chicken curries from new Bollywood in boresbeek and know the tastes

The estimated time might as well not exist since it goes up more than it goes down. Multiple times now I've waited over an hour for deliveries with an expected time of 20-25 minutes. The help chatbot is completely useless too.

When you order food, but it doesn't get delivered, takeaway won't help you in any way. No refund, not customer service, nothing
