Horrible food! The cook needs to go to India and taste a biryani. The most horrible biryani I ever had, it was not biryani but something else that was inedible and thought at least the chicken korma would be any better, but it was even more horrible, no idea why sugar was poured into the chicken curry, it is supposed to be spicy! Will never order here again. I would request the chef to order biryani from flavors of india and chicken curries from new Bollywood in boresbeek and know the tastes

App said 15 m for pickup, restaurant indicated 55 m, actual time was 1h30... Also be careful of your address. You can't cancel your order or change the address, not even 1 second after you placed your order.

Terrible service. An order for 6 people placed seven hours in advance, is randomly delayed by two hours without any kind of notification. No explanation. My evening is ruined. You can't just make people wait two hours on a whim! When you try to contact Takeaway by phone, they tell you to use the app to chat. When you go to the app, you can only talk to a chatbot. All the chatbot says is they're working on your order. This was my first time using Takeaway. Never again.

When you order food, but it doesn't get delivered, takeaway won't help you in any way. No refund, not customer service, nothing
