Edit: After another Email to Lieferando, things got sorted out! It would be great if the In-App functions would have directly allowed to contact support with the issue in a proper and more forward way as it was a bit of a stressful chaos. Original: we got the wrong food, the restaurant didn't want to refund us or redeliver the right food, and the customer service didn't help us at all! We lost €40 over this. The AI chatbot is simply the worst, and we just want our money back.

Terrible customer service. Both me and my friend who ordered separately never had their order delivered. The AI customer chat was not able to understand the issue, and told me to deal with the restaurant myself even though they were not answering all day. When I tried to get help later again, it had said it can't help with orders after 24 hours. Apparently, if delivery businesses try to scam you and profit from non-existing deliveries, they can do that very easily with this app.

Lieferando has gone down hill. They are allowing Restaurants to put ghost kitchens on their app. So if a restaurant is terrible all they have to do is put another ghost kitchen with fancy pictures to trick people into buying their terrible food. Always Google the restaurant before buying. If it's not on Google it's most likely a ghost kitchen. I had to learn the hard way.
