When there is a problem with the delivery, the only help received from Lieferando's team is to tell me to contact directly the restaurant, and they wash their hands about the food not being received. Really bad support.

I'm tired of having food set as delivered that never arrives and the support telling me by email to "check the tracker next time" and utterly refusing to refund me. Now I eat what at 21:00? Order again from you to lose more money?
