Halal: what's not to love about it. Their burgers taste exactly the same as in my favorite holiday location: Turkey. My son has been on vacation with his two best friends, whose parents originally came from Morocco, and they had a great time, among other things they ate halal. Healthy and delicious! Ik 💯💚🤍🧡❤️

My latest order was cancelled by the restaurant, Thuisbezorgd issued a refund. So far, so good. However, I had included a tip of three euros. This was not refunded, and customer service tells me they don't refund tips. If there was no delivery, why would I tip? And who is getting the tip that is not refunded? No delivery driver was assigned to pick up the order, so it must be the company. Super sketchy.

Got a first time customer voucher code, put the minimum amount in the basket voucher applied successfully, but the transaction wouldn't go through until I removed the voucher

Tried to cancel an order, automatic chat said to call the restaurant. I called, and they agreed to cancel, but the app has to cancel it. I asked the customer service to cancel it, nothing happened. Money gone. Great service

* I'm unable to view reviews of others any more * I can't tip afterward anymore, which is the only way I'll ever tip due to bad experiences with deliveries Also why don't my review scores show rather than the one from others, that'd give me a reason to review
