Tried to cancel an order, automatic chat said to call the restaurant. I called, and they agreed to cancel, but the app has to cancel it. I asked the customer service to cancel it, nothing happened. Money gone. Great service

Scam! You can't see any more customer reviews! They don't let you see bad reviews from bad places any more it's not their interest, they want bad places also to get a lot of order to maximize their profit. Uninstalled right there.

Ordered something just for them to deliver it to a different house, got no food and the restaurant doesn't want to give me my money back. Tried to contact customer service, and you get stuck in this loop with their AI bot. Horrendous

The advertised voucher was rejected, so I had to order less and not at the expected price. No explanation before placing the order that the delivery is not tracked. No available support service. I hope I at least get my order delivered in the advertised time frame.

Unlike rival apps, Thuisbezorgd does not have live customer support, so when there is issue with the order, you open a request and then have to wait who knows how long without food and hangry. On different food delivery apps, you have live supported where they resolve issue right on the spot... which is an important value if you are hungry and waiting for your food.
