You can no longer see and read the reviews of other people. When you order something the delivery drivers sometimes claim they can't find the front door then cancel the order and/or say the tried to ring your doorbell but they clairy don't want to put some effort into finding to right place. They don't use the chat or try to call/contact you. And then you don't get your food. You get a standard email stating you were not home, and they won't give you your money back because of that claim!

Awful customer service, multiple times my order did not arrive, other times the food was damaged. I don't know their hiring process, but their delivery drivers do not care about doing their job properly

When the order is delayed for an hour, the support just tells you to contact the restaurant.
