★★★★★ Much better app since the rework in September 2024! Now remembers properly your favorite delivery location, filters do not reset when you switch displaying order, multiple filters now work properly together, the order history is easy to browse... And deliveries are as good as before :-)

★★★★★ The app links users to a lot of eateries. However, occasionally there is a lag in update of the location of the delivery agent which lead to additional waiting time. Also, occasionally, the credit card is not accepted.

★★☆☆☆ Does not track orders. Terrible accuracy when it comes to delivery time estimates

★★☆☆☆ The only functionality that they have, they are transferring your order to the restaurant. If you have any problem with the order, you don't get help. They take money, but the restaurant doesn't deliver your order. Then you have no food and no money to make another order from somewhere else. There is no way to communicate with thuisbezorgd right away. No support, no obligation, no service.

★★☆☆☆ When I chat with the customer service they only tried to scam me for no delivery. They increased the delivery time to 3 hours. Even after the restaurant was closed. So far they didn't issue a refund for an order I never received.
