I enjoy using takeaway app as it is a great app its handy if I want to order a takeaway via the app if i didn't feel like going out to get it in person or if i didn't get home till late i didn't feel like making my own tea etc. and I just want a night off from cooking I want a takeaway. If it was too late to cook. Or if i didn't feel going out to eat I want to order a takeaway have it at home.

Ok I guess, but often Prices are more expensive online than locally, probably due to their high fees and the customer now also pays a Service Fee, so double the fees, half the service and higher price, yay

Every order I have made through this app has been a nightmare. The restaurants never abide by their advertised delivery times and takeaway does not facilitate contacting the restaurants. They are somehow able to place an order but won't cancel or modify it under any circumstances. If you contact customer support you get routed to an AI assistant that actively refuses to help. They don't require restaurants to have up-to-date contact info and won't provide it when asked. Cannot call a human.
