I enjoy using takeaway app as it is a great app its handy if I want to order a takeaway via the app if i didn't feel like going out to get it in person or if i didn't get home till late i didn't feel like making my own tea etc. and I just want a night off from cooking I want a takeaway. If it was too late to cook. Or if i didn't feel going out to eat I want to order a takeaway have it at home.

The customer support doesn't answer, and they don't cover the faults of their employees I will never order again

The support for this app is horrible. The restaurant I ordered from in Leuven did not deliver the order but the app says so. On complaining, the support team decided that I was wrong without even asking my side. The support team did not even check the couriers location log, which would have made clear that the order could not be delivered from 1 km away from my location. Worst delivery app ever.
