I don't like how the bolt riders assigned get to roam with your order while they could have just let another rider pick it up.

You guys have one of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced. I paid for food on the app via MTN MoMo, the money was deducted but the order disappeared, I raised the issue on the app, and it took very long for an agent to respond, the agent said the funds will be reversed within 48 hrs. After 48 hrs, the funds were not reversed into my account, I went to follow up on the case, but the agent has closed it. Now I have raised a new case, and I have only received an AI response.
