This app is amazing. You get great deals such as 40% off if your order from a certain restaurant. This is the only app I use to order my food because of its amazing offers and delicious food. Also, the fact that the deals are not for sketchy restaurants but rather big food chains is amazing. Highly recommended!!

In general, it is quite a good app. Comfortable and nice design. But I tried to cancel my subscription for the Bolt Plus, but the option" cancel subscription" was not working, it didn't respond to my click. Not a good sign. I gave it 2 stars, but the support response was quite fast, they fixed it, and I managed to cancel it the day after. Thanks So now 4/5

My first order had a hair in the food, the second was missing a paid extra, and the third was missing an entire item. I reported it immediately, but after getting no help and no answer from the restaurant, I took a taxi to collect it myself and even provided photos as proof. Bolt refused to explain their decision, denied my request for a supervisor, and only sent generic replies. Very disappointing customer support.

Only AI customer service, which doesn't answer any real question and refuses to connect to a person. The system gives couriers several orders at a time and with delays in other restaurant, the customers don't get their food in time.
