Great and useful app for couriers, riders. Sometimes this app goes offline alon when you've left it for some minutes in the background. It's reliable then and good, for example the lock your phone and find that there is an order notification, this ap waits until you open. I don't know, but found it like this way.

Bolt is not giving orders, I have come from another country, it has become very difficult to survive here in Cluj Romania, I want to send money to my family, after I get my TRC... I will leave Bolt and will refuse everyone... There are a lot of riders here, saving anyone's money is not possible, only 1 order is received in 6 hours.

The app is ok. it needs to be optimized for low signal areas. The customer support (in Ghana), is very poor. The customer service used to be prompt and helpful, round the clock. But lately, when you encounter a challenge while working, the support agent will only respond the next 24 to 48 hours with long and needless apologies.
