All in all I'm pretty happy with the platform the user interface the no issues or complaints whatsoever about the apps functionality or the way it operates my only problem is consistency of work like when I first set up my account I was getting some orders here and there it's been 3 months since I've gotten anything I've checked my settings and my notifications over and over and over to make sure everything is configured properly, and it is I just never see any orders even when I drive to zones

I thought hungry panda be bad opportunity as reading comments but was wrong, they pay on time and give persistent work weekly in NYC. Only thing don't like don't get tips, as don't see it and may not exactly be getting NYC $18.00 hour exactly, more like one time day get that's it, that's added at second time pay. I do get work a lot when worked, like not stop. I think hungry panda eventually get pay right and be one of food delivery app one like. Also, they do contact you by customer, just sec.

Requires a passport. I was born here don't have a passport. Also want way too much personal information which is not required for employment. I'm sticking to doordash and uber eats what a joke.

This app is a scam I did two deliveries, and I paid for the order at a restaurant bc they said they would send the money to my account with the delivery I completed, but I didn't get any money and no one answered my call and replied an email, so I'm 😔 about it

Useless app for drivers, anything happen with the food when you deliver, they charge from driver pocket, doesn't matter you provide right evidence or not they just charged from drivers pocket they never listen the riders. They laughing on the riders if, food is spilled, stupid manager and staff team of hungry panda app ......

NO dark mode makes using this at night an eyesore. I seem to have stopped getting orders before 12am & also multi-orders. Never received any waterproof pants or jacket either. :(My advice is don't say you already have PPE gear. You also need to pass their WhatsApp test before working. ~$4-5 per order. App eats through battery in the background even when the app is offline. Killed my external battery as well when I was sleeping. They take customer refunds out of YOUR pay. No dispute process! 😡
