Nothing is perfect but please have merchants put their full address down instead of a postcode... leaves riders looking for the restaurant/calling and by time we've done that it's not worth the hassle, other than that I'm happy with the app but just need a full address for restaurants.

All in all I'm pretty happy with the platform the user interface the no issues or complaints whatsoever about the apps functionality or the way it operates my only problem is consistency of work like when I first set up my account I was getting some orders here and there it's been 3 months since I've gotten anything I've checked my settings and my notifications over and over and over to make sure everything is configured properly, and it is I just never see any orders even when I drive to zones

Requires a passport. I was born here don't have a passport. Also want way too much personal information which is not required for employment. I'm sticking to doordash and uber eats what a joke.

Useless app for drivers, anything happen with the food when you deliver, they charge from driver pocket, doesn't matter you provide right evidence or not they just charged from drivers pocket they never listen the riders. They laughing on the riders if, food is spilled, stupid manager and staff team of hungry panda app ......

I have proof of delivery with the order number on the receipt but forgot to mark an order delivered. I have reached out to driver support multiple times via chat on the app requesting my earnings to be adjustment to reflect the delivery but never got a reply...

NO dark mode makes using this at night an eyesore. I seem to have stopped getting orders before 12am & also multi-orders. Never received any waterproof pants or jacket either. :(My advice is don't say you already have PPE gear. You also need to pass their WhatsApp test before working. ~$4-5 per order. App eats through battery in the background even when the app is offline. Killed my external battery as well when I was sleeping. They take customer refunds out of YOUR pay. No dispute process! 😡
