I would suggest everyone to reinstall the app when ever it crashes usually takes 40 sec it's little extra work, but it will last you through your shift skip is doing best am sure to improve

HELP!! FIX MY ACCOUNT!!! 7 DAYS IN A ROW AND OVER 50 HOURS WORTH OF SHIFTS AND 0 ORDERS. Courier success team can't see me on the map, and they said they will transfer my account to IT department to put my account on a new algorithm or something like that. No time frame no answers so far. 7 days work 0 orders. Fix this please, and I will give back my 5-star rating. Or else time to try uber eats and door dash if the company has no answer for me after being with skip the dishes for 2 years

Before I had the app rated at a 4. Now after the recent update I give this app a 2. Lots of dropped orders or freezing. So you have close and open again especially with areas of low or no signal. Customer support might as well not be a support as it takes way too long for them to help with issues amd as they say TIME IS MONEY.

I uninstalled after having big issues this week while my phone is working top-notch. Reinstalled and now the login button won't work. Gonna lose my shifts if I can't get login portal to work. Really sucks.

Skip only sends 10+km drive orders going out of area and leaves you there, you are lucky if you make more than 20 a shift. I have over 11,000 deliveries for skip, and now I sit and ROT. Definitely get all the apps going if you have a skip shift, unless you want to sit doing nothing.

Every time I try to sign in it sends me to the main screen I can't sign in no matter how much I tried and tried to apply to this app repeatedly, but it never ever doesn't work.
