HELP!! FIX MY ACCOUNT!!! 7 DAYS IN A ROW AND OVER 50 HOURS WORTH OF SHIFTS AND 0 ORDERS. Courier success team can't see me on the map, and they said they will transfer my account to IT department to put my account on a new algorithm or something like that. No time frame no answers so far. 7 days work 0 orders. Fix this please, and I will give back my 5-star rating. Or else time to try uber eats and door dash if the company has no answer for me after being with skip the dishes for 2 years

I literally can't even log into the app. I tried every combination possible. Can only sign in on the web which is useless to me. Also, I've been waiting a year to get offers to deliver via my ebike and nothing yet, it's beyond frustrating but hey, can't even log in to begin with, what's the point of an app if you can't even login? Lmao

More and more lately I am getting ghost offers! Started my shift half an hour ago and the last 4 "offers" have been ghost offers. Freq'n waste of time to open the app to see a delivery that's not even there!! I'm not even getting any actual delivery offers. Fix your stupid app Skip!!!

Worst support ever I have seen in my life. They just ignore the issues. They haven't paid the money owe me for 2 months already. If their us any chat conversation, it's always one way communication. They will slap a message on your face that don't help you in any way and just fly off.
