Been working here for 7 years. They have a new update where you could receive an order on route to the customer, rather than it triggering after a delivery. So instead of 1-2 orders an hour it could be 2-4+! Truly remarkable company, thank you for the opportunity for this raise. You should raise your hourly rate from your general $20/hr to $25+

HELP!! FIX MY ACCOUNT!!! 7 DAYS IN A ROW AND OVER 50 HOURS WORTH OF SHIFTS AND 0 ORDERS. Courier success team can't see me on the map, and they said they will transfer my account to IT department to put my account on a new algorithm or something like that. No time frame no answers so far. 7 days work 0 orders. Fix this please, and I will give back my 5-star rating. Or else time to try uber eats and door dash if the company has no answer for me after being with skip the dishes for 2 years

I would suggest everyone to reinstall the app when ever it crashes usually takes 40 sec it's little extra work, but it will last you through your shift skip is doing best am sure to improve

I uninstalled after having big issues this week while my phone is working top-notch. Reinstalled and now the login button won't work. Gonna lose my shifts if I can't get login portal to work. Really sucks.

Used to provide numerous shifts per week, lucky if you can get two or three. The "live chat" support button to aid during an active order when you desperately need it, is there for show, and with the new upgrade they tell you when you've missed your shift but not when it's about to start, starting or about to end for you and take your next day shift... Maybe a heads-up like other peer platforms give...

I was accepted to work in my small hometown. It's been 3 and a half months since I was offered a delivery. I contacted support, and they told me to go to hotspots. The town is so small that the entire town is a hotspot. I asked them to allow me into a different market, so I actually have a chance of getting an order. They said no. so I deactivated my account, and I'm giving a bad review. Easily the worst delivery app. It's not even close.

Since the layout changed, the Skip app is worse! I sometimes get ghost offers. When I try to press the button to end my shift early, nothing happens! It's a malfunctioning button. And now, if I'm not on a shift, and I open the app to check something, it automatically sets my status to available, and I have to switch it off. Skip, you sure know how to screw things up!!
