I love this app. I get pretty good orders every day. And make decent pocket money Only thing I hate is just when an order cancels out other than that It is great!

I was logged in from my main phone but tried to log in from my tablet and since I don't have access to my old number at this time I can't get the code to login. After changing my password it logs me out from the other device since I was attempting to log in from the tablet, although I never got fully login since I can't receive the code. I emailed yesterday but no response. I have a job tomorrow but don't look like this will be resolved on time...

STAY AWAY. THIS APP HAS THE WORST DRIVER SUPPORT IN THE INDUSTRY. THEy NEVER RESPOND TO VM, EMAIL, OR IN APP SUPPORT. THE ONLY TIME THEY MESSAGE YOU IS TO RUSH YOU TO PICK UP AN ORDER. I WISH I COULD EATE THEM A NEGATIVE.

There are several things wrong. First off they haven't deposited my money when they were scheduled to twice since I been using this app. They keep sending me order when I have it turned off. And when they send me orders, I keep getting several notifications for the same order. On Black Friday I saw an order that was about 50 miles for me. I texted support and asked if they could add a tip, and I'll take it. They said okay and gave me 6 orders for that area. I had to cancel 3 of them.

Not good every order I take says $9 no matter the distance or weight. Chat will not respond and website chat also will not respond. They said my pay is not correct but will not fix it. Losing money every order. I do not recommend this app. if could give zero stars I would. Basically scamming drivers. 😡
