Garbage Onboarding service, they take so long to respond to emails. It's taken over a month to get into skip meanwhile it took me 2 days to get onto Uber. As much as I don't love Uber I hate even more to have to put in alot of effort to hand over a percentage of my sales and these guys can't even get their end of the job right.

Always trouble restaurant app. On top called whenever customer service or technical support can't help and ask to email restaurant email will reach out later.

Just an absolutely terrible service for businesses. A customer can "claim" they're missing food, forcing restaurants to give out free food. Drivers can forget or steal orders causing all sorts of issues. In my experience drivers are also usually rude and forget that the bag is a part of their uniform and must be presented on pick up. To top it off businesses get what... 25% of the profit? Just add your own delivery service and Skip The App.

Out of all delivery partners we have in Canada. Skip is worse when it comes to handle courier complains. There are courier doing multiple deliveries. 2 couriers sitting in 1 car and going around town doing deliveries; when order reaches to customer it is gross and saucy. Worst part when restaurant complain about courrier, all they do is send reply saying call us to reassign the courier, yet they don't take any actions against the couriers. Restaurants highly need a method to block couriers.
