Doesn't help the merchant to communicate when the rider side made mistakes. Foodpanda didn't ask whether whose mistake first and straight deduct merchant side. This app also can't help you to solve problem when you really need it. For example, Rider gives the wrong item to customer. But in the end, Merchant needs to pay for their mistake. Merchant pay commission to each order which is not for free. Please upgrade your app to serve all merchant better.

Food Panda has always created problems for vendors. It has taken unfair advantage of their helplessness and kept things so complicated that vendors are unable to understand them at all. The recent change in the app was made for this very reason.

I handle food panda partner for the business and this app is Sucks, I can't open the menu to add new foods in the menu, I can't download the sales invoices this troubles me so much.

I will advise small business not to use this service. They charge platform fee 27% and SST 8%, thus cause mark up 45% Foodpanda price to cover cost. Then, always promote set advertisement to increase businesses that need to pay RM145 per month or set offer discount at least 15% to Foodpanda users that I have to bear the discount price. Recently, they charge waiting time, only provide 10 minutes for preparation, and start charging RM2. 30 first minutes, RM0. 30 sequence every minute.

What is going on with Foodpanda?? This is a very very very bad app that I saw in my whole life. Even the scam apps are more better than your app. Before I was using (go Droid) for receiving my orders. Since you deactivated that app we face many issues with receiving the orders. This issue I reported multiple times, but there is no solution. I got no helpful response from your team.
