Very disappointed with Twiggy Partner Support. I raised a complaint about a **missing item order**, but it's been **5 days** and I still haven't received any proper response or resolution. This kind of support is frustrating for small restaurant owners. Another major issue is **Toing discounts**. Huge discounts (₹300–₹500) are being applied to my orders without clear visibility or proper cont

Worst onboarding experience. I paid the onboarding fee, submitted all the required documents, but my restaurant is still stuck on "Going Live." There is no proper response from the support team and no clear update on when it will be activated. Taking money is quick, but helping new restaurant partners is very slow. This delay is affecting my business before it has even started. Very disappointed with the service.
