User Friendly and very easy to operate. Thanks for new update of scheduled orders notification in prior 👍 but didn't understand why that 2hr time constraint given for showing it into scheduled order. Just show us all the scheduled orders assigned to my restaurant to avoid cancellation penalty.

Hello tomato team, Why there is only customer support for live onboarding issue and not for live restaurants and yes since 4 days I am sending email to tomato partner on their email address O2help email and asking them to change my address from one city to other, so they ask me to permanently close the restaurant in that city to change the address as I already shared my updated fssai to them why they not assisting me with correct solution they just deleted my account n address still not update

Customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star. After 9 months with Tomato, every order is a struggle. If an order has 6 items and 40 mins prep time, Tomato assigns a rider in 5 mins, who arrives in 3–4 mins and repeatedly calls the restaurant and customers about delays. Why not add an “APPOINT RIDER” button? Restaurants can request a rider when the food is prepared, ready to be packed, reducing calls, confusion and pressure, while improving the experience for restaurants, riders and customers.
