Worst customer support I have ever seen in my life, no support for restaurant partner, please try to make business with Twiggy or other brand, never ever from tomato. Worst app, kindly make 4.4 rating to 0. I will surely escalate this to other social media platform, facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.

Dear Tomato Partner Support, I am facing an issue with my restaurant Brother's Kitchen. I can see two Restaurant IDs associated with my restaurant: I am not sure whether both of these IDs are active or if one is a duplicate. I kindly request you to verify both Restaurant IDs. If one of them is a duplicate, please remove/deactivate it and activate the correct Restaurant ID as soon as possible. My restaurant is ready to go live, but due to this issue, I am unable to start receive

You are deducting a lot of money under various charges like service fees, penalties, long-distance enhancements, Very bad customer support; they do not resolve any tickets raised for issues. They charge high commission rates and make huge, unexplained deductions from weekly payouts. Plus, they put heavy penalties for rejected orders. Please stop these penalties and unfair deductions. Terrible service! We are working very hard on this job while managing our kids, but the current deductions.
