⭐☆☆☆☆ The restaurant informed me that another rider had already collected my order. After contacting support and raising a delay ticket, the app displayed “Cancel the order (Zero Penalty)” after around 10 minutes. I cancelled based on this option. I did not collect the order, but a ₹554 penalty was imposed. Despite explaining the situation and requesting an investigation, support refused to issue refund. I request Twiggy to review order records and support interactions and reconsider penalty.

I am extremely disappointed with the Twiggy Delivery Partner app and customer support. We work the whole day, but 2–3 orders sometimes get rejected without any notification or proper reason, which affects our incentives and earnings. Our petrol, mobile data, time and hard work are completely wasted. I raised a complaint, but I did not receive any proper response or solution. Customer care contacts us only when an order is live. Otherwise, even if we try to call, we cannot reach them.
