They still took lots of commission, wrong address not paying compensation (Tardeo to antop hill in heavy rain 70 rupees commission they take)

This app is looting the delivery partners by taking 40-45% commission on each delivery. If a delivery partner cancels an order they charge Rs40 for cancellation and if they will cancel, they don't give any compensation. So it's worse delivery partner app

I advise no one to work on this app. While the earnings are good the problem is that even for the smallest complaint, customer care doesn't consider both sides. They only consider the customer's complaint and immediately suspend your account and fine you. They should investigate both the customer and the rider before suspending an account, but they don't do that.Also, customer care can only be reached via chat, and they often don't respond when you try to chat. This is very frustrating. I've already in
