I downloaded the app but can't access it. I have an email confirming my payment and subscription, another email from support confirming my account is valid, reset my password using forgot password link, but every time I log in it asks me to subscribe like I don't already have an account.

Tried to log a walk, walked half a mile only to see it had closed out or something. Started again walked to miles and then when I "finished the walk," it logged everything as 0.

I can't even create an account, every time I go to create the account it tells me my username or password wrong, and it's not trying to sign into an existing account this is creating an account. I've uninstalled the app reinstalled it it keeps doing the same thing
