I've been using the Walk fit app for 12 weeks and have lost 11 kg in that time, but while the weight loss was wanted, I think the functionality and mobility that improved was more important. I am a lot fitter thanks to the app making things easy and sustainable - workouts are short and manageable and vary in difficulty, so you can keep going as you get fitter. The subscriptions are the real problem with this app - the support team helps up to a point.

Walk fit is a really good app with loads of choices on all levels of fitness. I use it on a daily basis you can choose from so many workouts or just to monitor your walking experiences, I am enjoying the tai chi walking & the dance based exercises at the moment, but have done yoga and lots of different ones there are levels for all needs to fit your physical abilities

It's a huge scam. Just use the step counter on your phone. The subscription is $40 US and $58 a month Canadian. There are better free apps out there. Do not get tricked.

Renewed my subscription without confirmation. The email attached is no longer in use. I have been unwell and not up-to-date on tracking apps that I'm unable to use. Just noticed a deduction of $127 which I can't afford with being off work. Cannot get a refund, just cancel subscription

Minus 100, I'd give it. I tried canceling from the page I signed up on & behold the Subscription link doesn't work for 3 days. I search for a support email, send an email at 8am, get a confirmation 3 days later & cancel my subscription confirmation, yet they don't honor it, wait 2 more days & charge my card. This app is a scam. It doesn't include any water related exercises that benefit older adults. Don't try to leave their web, they'll keep charging your card, better luck canceling your card
