Needs a bit of work, but it is a great app and I would recommend it to people. So been using this for a couple of weeks now had to have 1 week of for medical reasons. I've seen people complaining about price and tbh I'm happy to pay it. I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in both feet and shoulders to hands, so I live with pain and this app has helped me massively the workouts are perfect for my needs and super kind on my body. I've lost 3lbs and so proud of myself not one injection in sight.

So far so good, after knee replacement surgery the gentle exercises are helping me

★★★★★ Ali Stewart · Oct 11, 2026

Such a great app with a choice of incredibly useful exercises to keep the body moving ... inspirational and motivational ... thank you!

I found out I wasn't interested. They dupe you into a 39.00 a month subscription. But there is not a way to cancel the subscription. I requested a cancelation through an email and got a reply that it was canceled. Then I was charged 39.00 anyway. After numerous emails and tying up their chatbot for about 30 minutes. I received another cancelation email and a supposed refund in 5 to 10 days. I will probably contact American Express before that.

The app was fine, my issue came at renewal. They minimize and practically hide the fact you must manually opt in or request them to notify you of renewal. The renewal is 7 times the intro rate. Yes they tell you when you sign up and say you can cancel but where? 90 days later you are wacked with the new fee. I unfortunately forgot by then, my card flagged it as fraud and my card was closed so now It's on me to get my new card and have to move all my well managed auto charges unlike this. Beware.

Takes auto-renewal slyly. Cannot find how to cancel (sends you in a loop). Reply by app owner, I opened the app, there is no 'profile' if I click on the person icon, a pop-up appears, it says "your subscription costs £70.99 per 12 mths will auto-renew until your cancel in Google play account or in the app". I paid £25 for 3 mths. You have now taken £66 for 3 months, gave no notice, no way to cancel, as the pop-ups block everything but renew.
