It's helping me to watch what I'm eating, encouraging to walk and meet my goal or sometimes exceeding it. I love the recipe section, not to keen of the meal plan when it's stays the same every month, I like to see it changing therefore I'm going to recipe section and making my own meal plan based on the calories that I need to stick with to lose weight.

Must pay to use downloaded to see if it was any good. You cannot use any features at all without a subscription... I didn't know if I liked the app well enough to pay for it, so I deleted it to download another. (can't even use timer feature without paying)

Don't pay for this! Very disappointed, you can't put in your weight in LBS they transfer it in KG automatically from the start so instead of being at 200lbs I was at over 350lbs, they don't calculate the quantity of food you take just the calories, so you don't even know how many calories you took since you can't do the math. Liquids are only in OZ. In Canada, we use liters or milliliters, so I have to ask chatgpt to convert everything for me. Nothing to give you any guidelines if first time.

I can keep track of my fasting time on paper. That's all this app does. Then I find out that I signed up for a subscription! WTH? I can't find anywhere to cancel my subscription, and I already deleted the app before I saw that I was being charged!
