I've used this app for a year. It's been extremely helpful to my health. They sent me to do my blood work. Turns out that I had type 2 diabetes. My alc was 10.8. I started with Olympic. I wanted to switch over to Bonjour, because I like what it offers. I had no outstanding side effects with either. My alc is now 6.2. The scale they sent helps them to remotely monitor my weight. I submit my blood glucose levels before my first meal daily. I appreciate this service! App is glitchy as of lately.

Please fix like other users have stated, app is not useable due to navigation buttons at the bottom of app which interfere with app. Was working fine before, now barely useable.

The app keeps freezing and then no one gets back to you for long periods. I think the concept is good just awful app. I keep trying to do what the app asks, but it doesn't work or freezing up. I really think this should be between me and my doctor since no one talks to you face to face or knows me like my doctor does. Why do a prior authorization with my doctor then make me do it with someone through an app now 😪

I find this service borderline abusive they send you a scale at home and want to hook it up wireless to semd info to them, they withhold prescription based on locked module they control, the module is so silly nothing to do with real health education old school obsolete science. They never answer the phone. I refused to use "their" remote scale, instead went to my primary physician for weight in, they refuse to accept and stop cold paying for the prescriptions. Hours upon hours on the phones.
