I enjoy this app alot. There are many different activities you can do each day that teach you various things all health related, which you earn PC Optimum points for completing. I've been using this app every day for a little over a year now, and I have been rewarded thousands of PC Optimum points & gained a ton of knowledge as well & had my personal health assessment done that gives me advice on some areas I could improve on, and how to do so. Very useful app!

Before using the app, I was expecting an intuitive, user-friendly platform where we could easily connect with a doctor then go to a pharmacy to buy the prescription. It turned out, surprisingly, to be more or less like a fitness, fashion, or worse, social networking app full of so-called programs, journeys, what's new's. ... making a big swamp that you have to navigate to get the essential information, e.g. your prescription and pharmacy. Good luck to new users.

When I open my pc health app, it says that a verification code has been sent to my phone number, but nothing came through. I waited for 15 minutes. Then, after an hour or two, the code gets delivered to me. When I enter it, the page says that it has expired/ timed out. Or, at times, the code doesn't get delivered to me at all. I wait for 30 minutes, and nothing. It has worked for me when I called pc office for assistance, once, but it keeps on happening to me, Every time/any time of day. WHY?!?!
