The device is new with fresh batteries and works fine. The app worked fine for a few weeks then was "unable to login. Please try after sometime". Cannot access the recorded data.

No problems so far in setting up and using. Syncing to my phone and running a couple cuff tests worked flawlessly. Calibrated my watch. Which reads similarly to the meter as well.

Create an account but will not allow me to log in, so I had to use the app as guest tried to pair and received an error. Stopped the app flush the cache and the data. Took out the batteries and hold the button 415 seconds to discharge any capacitors. Tried to pair again and it refused to pair. However if you go out into Bluetooth it very plainly shows the device in your list of available Bluetooth devices. All in all a hard fail. If you want automatic logging you should probably avoid A&D devices

Could never use this app, It would never allow me to log in, even after password reset and all... Just plain Garbage, pretty sad this is the equipment Fact-check recommends for you to use for your health tracking. I wish I never spent the money on the scale or the Blood Pressure machine. Also, no support from company.
