No problems so far in setting up and using. Syncing to my phone and running a couple cuff tests worked flawlessly. Calibrated my watch. Which reads similarly to the meter as well.

Seems this app is no longer supported but can't create an account nor connect to my blood pressure cuff even as a guest and I can't get the history on the device itself but can tell you that my blood pressure went up when trying to set it up!!!!!

Terrible. I signed up with a password and my email, then I try to sign in with that password, and it says it's incorrect. So I clicked reset and put in the exact same password. I'm not old or tech-illiterate and this certainly isn't helping with the blood pressure issue. Tried again with my work email, but really not impressed and don't feel they should have access to my info.

Old app was decent, never failed to pair, or randomly disconnect from Bluetooth. The updated app refuses to pair with the 352BLE scale -- on any device. Unpaired, updated app, removed/reinstalled app. Took batteries out of scale to 'reboot' -- no luck pairing on phone, tablet or Chromebook. Get a message stating the app has a bug, requiring an update/reinstallation.
