I am very new to the app, so I don't have much to say about it yet. But I am looking forward working with the app and the Dr to help manage my diabetes. Thank You Very Much!

When system is ful you may get a good reading. When it's not, you won't get a good reading

I love the digital medicine app and the crew. They keep me on track with my health.

I love using this app. I use this app to give non-Ochsner medical providers access to my medication list, test results, and more. I appreciate having my list of appointments readily accessible. This minimizes the possibility of me or anyone at an Ocher facility double-booking me. Maybe a tab on the medication page would make the allergy list more accessible. Another suggestion: after adding an appointment to my calendar, a change in the color of the button would be helpful.

App doesn't properly graph readings. It puts all readings on 2 radom dates. Doesn't break out and give graph by event category such as fasting or after meal. Doesn't give an average reading for a requested time-frame like the last app I used. Only possible advantage, reading go straight to my chart doesn't require any syncing. Disadvantage, if phone is charging it doesn't pick up reading I do offline. Overall I view this as a very sucky app & wish my digital medicine program would use health

App design performs horribly. The onboarding process needed during the first login keeps reappearing at random start up times after the readings for blood pressure and blood glucose have been done. There's no logout control and support staff instructs that after readings are taken the app should be shutdown by deleting it from the running app list and not by backing out one screen at a time. Developers need to separate the 1 time onboarding process from the login process & use a logout.
