Awful app. Never offers DEALS. The public, receive coupons in their mail boxes. So where is the advantage of loading this app.

Ordered, paid, order never sent to the restaurant. Ordered again, paid again, order sent to restaurant, received food. Support response - you received your food. Burger King is across the parking lot, I only ordered because I had expiring loyalty points. Will not make that mistake again. As a comparison Burger King forgot my fries, they refunded the fries from my purchase and sent me a $5 coupon.

I deleted the app today. No offers ever come, while my 90-year-old neighbor gets coupons in his junk mail. I don't understand the point of having an app when it never leads to a benefit other than avoiding placing an order with a person (i.e. not a real benefit). Plus, the other day I was threatened with points expiration. So petty to expire my coffee worth of points. Your app is totally disconnected from the brand I once enjoyed.
