Tim Hortons gives you all these offers and deals, pressuring you to use the app but then doesn't allow you to select cream as a milk option for any coffee or latte within the app. So if I want a coffee I don't get any points in the app because I have to order it through a person at the register (which takes 15-20 mins) its 2026, not being able to select "coffee cream" for any latte, iced coffee, or iced espresso is unacceptable. Especially when its available as a choice by competitors.

Update from last review from years ago I gave. App still is horrible. Why can't you change one condiment to another without being charged. For example, I don't want chipotle sauce, I want mayo....oops you got to pay for it. Just plain dumb. Update....app still sucks. Let us choose what condiment.....deals aren't good. Bad app.

Tims still hires temp workers. Now they are suing news organizations who expose tims for not hiring canadians only. all canada can not wait for Dunkin' Donuts. We all hope Tims fails!

There isn't hardly any new offers on the Tim's App this week from June 8-14, 2026. Only 1 item is for the offer and the other offer you get points when you use the other offer 4 different times. Come on Tim's can't you put any more offers on for the week. Customers look forward to new offers every week.
