I love Peet's! The staff are very friendly. I always get a mocha with coconut syrup, and will sometimes get an egg frittata. Both are very tasty. The only thing that could make it better is if they started offering coconut milk💯

Lately has been losing connection. It will say my store is no longer accepting orders or that there's no Internet when I try to add funds. Usually a force stop temporarily fixes it, but not always. Used to work flawlessly, so I don't know what has changed. Will certainly up my review stars if it gets fixed.

Peets coffee is fantastic but the app not so much. The coffee shop is always so busy it takes way too long to order on the spot. So downloaded the app. However, after using the app a few months it would no longer open for me. No further birthday reward. No order ahead so I don't go here at all anymore. The app sends me to email to reset password and then back to login page. Endless loop. Coffee is great but no time to wait! False advertising regarding app rewards

Just opened the app to check locations & hours and found all my points, over 400, at 0. The app not only wiped out all my points, but when I click on Help & Support in the app, the site it directs me to gives an error, "Secure site failed, contact site owner". After wiping out all my points, Peet's has given me absolutely no reason to ever return. I have been a long time Peet's customer. I signed up immediately when you rolled out the rewards program. Disappointed. Left with bad impression.
