★★☆☆☆ Wanted to preorder my drink, but it takes too long to load even the first screen. I reached my destination and the app hasn't even loaded. Gave up and bought coffee elsewhere.

★★☆☆☆ Thailand's issue 4 Jun I ordered coffee and app reported failed payment, so I ordered and paid again. It showed on my wallet payment details later that I was charged twice. I called Flash branch. Said someone would contact me. I followed up 2 more times phones and in person, nobody ever contacted me. 21 Jun credit card is charged and after talking to the card i gotta wait 90 days to see "if" they can return my money. It's 160 Baht. I've wasted time and money on supposed make-your-life-easier apps!

WITH ONE FAILED ORDER BECAUSE YOU Have ONLY GIVEN A FRIGGING MINUTE TO PAY AND 40 SECONDS OF IT ARE SPENT FRIGGING FREEZING THE PHONE BEFORE IT SWITCH TO PAYMENT WITH ONLY 9 SECONDS SPARE. Do not bother with this app. Go get your coffee somewhere else.
