No drink/food menu. While I appreciate the ease of touchless transactions and acquiring points, it's quite vexing that it doesn't feature a food or drink menu. Also, I cant order ahead with the app. I'll admit, it could be operator's error. I'm not exactly tech-savvy. Am I missing something, or is the app missing quite of bit of features?

Worst app ever. This app removed rewards without a purchase, don't get my monthly mug club promos and can't see what my money balance is. Had mug club for over 10 years, I will not renew ever again.
