y'all the cinnamon roll, don't buy one if you don't want to be an addict, and I love my muddy river" hot coffee. So glad they kept that on new menue. Also, the staff; what a bunch of cuties and hospitable. App is user-friendly too.

Doesn't tell you what city or state the shop is in when you click on most shops. They give a street address and how many miles away. I suppose they expect you to waste precious time doing a Google search...

Cheap tactic of defaulting tip. Setting the tip to $0 should mean exactly that. Resetting it to $1 after navigating away to add payment details, coupons, or gift cards is a deceptive design tactic. Stop altering user selections and remove this immediately—customers shouldn’t have to double-check their choices to avoid being quietly charged.

Says you'll get $3 off for downloading, but I only got $1 and then a $1 service fee. Plus I tipped but the place ordered from didn't get my order ready.

For years this app has had a known issue showing my local shop 'not accepting orders'. Sometimes deleting storage and cache data and logging in again will restore this basic functionality. Other times reinstalling the app is necessary. Sometimes that doesn't work either. Shop is also aware of this bug and has investigated potential issues on their end. Renders Joe pretty useless. When it works it provides a very handy service to local shops and users.

My favorite espresso place uses this service, but checkout is complicated. Multiple times I have gone to pick up my coffee and my order hasn't been placed because I did not complete the checkout process. Be sure you actually check out. As you have to confirm your order multiple times. Pushing "pay" doesn't mean you are actually paying.
