Cheap tactic of defaulting tip. Setting the tip to $0 should mean exactly that. Resetting it to $1 after navigating away to add payment details, coupons, or gift cards is a deceptive design tactic. Stop altering user selections and remove this immediately—customers shouldn’t have to double-check their choices to avoid being quietly charged.

My favorite espresso place uses this service, but checkout is complicated. Multiple times I have gone to pick up my coffee and my order hasn't been placed because I did not complete the checkout process. Be sure you actually check out. As you have to confirm your order multiple times. Pushing "pay" doesn't mean you are actually paying.

Doesn't tell you what city or state the shop is in when you click on most shops. They give a street address and how many miles away. I suppose they expect you to waste precious time doing a Google search...

Says you'll get $3 off for downloading, but I only got $1 and then a $1 service fee. Plus I tipped but the place ordered from didn't get my order ready.

Honestly I didn't even have the chance to use it. When I first opened it, I was prompted to allow my location sharing (no option to search by zip code). I went back into Google Play to read the privacy and data sharing information, which all seems ok. EXCEPT data is not encrypted. I don't feel comfortable adding personal information including my bank account to an app that isn't protecting my data. Uninstalling, I'll just go to the shop and order in person.
