App as of Oct 2025 still is awful. Nothing as far as rewards, wallet, points, customer service works on this app when before, it was easy to earn rewards, use them and contact customer service. Now, for instance, you get an email to use a reward, go to app and It's not there. And they can't apply at register. Or, you try contacting customer service by email, repeatedly, nobody responds. (before you could send a note in the app, prob was fixed immediately) DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS APP. TERRIBLE.

I had an app for ages after an update on this vibe coded app it suggests to create an account instead of prompting to sign in, if I create an account it says it's in use, of course since i don't buy new phone number daily. What a 💩

The data collection one has to consent with when signing up is utterly unreasonable. Why would you require to store IP address, location, complete device fingerprint etc. for a dumb app I order coffee through? Uninstalled straight away.
