App as of Oct 2025 still is awful. Nothing as far as rewards, wallet, points, customer service works on this app when before, it was easy to earn rewards, use them and contact customer service. Now, for instance, you get an email to use a reward, go to app and It's not there. And they can't apply at register. Or, you try contacting customer service by email, repeatedly, nobody responds. (before you could send a note in the app, prob was fixed immediately) DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS APP. TERRIBLE.

Grape juice place. But affordable app. Very user unfriendly. If I didn't like you so much, I would never use this app. They should hire someone professional to redo it completely. At the moment, this app is not customer focused at all. It focuses more on what they want to sell and not what I want. It does not even remember my favorites. It keeps pushing stuff that I'm not interested in at all. They should make it easy for me to order, but I am used to.
