Tried to register, says my email has already been registered. Never used this app before. I requested a password reset, no new email. App is unusable.

I didn't get any email verification. I had tried to find it in Spam still get nothing.and I tried again to register but my account already registered... then when I tried to log in. "Cannot find this account in our database" explain to me ?

This app is very bad. I couldn’t even register. Everything is written in German, and when you try to enter your name, it says the name already exists—change the name. The same thing happens with the password. And all the instructions are in German, which is not just difficult but impossible to understand.
