Pointless - You must ring them to confirm anyway App is great, but the taxi firm doesn't use it. I booked a cab on the app, had a hunch it wouldn't work, rang them at the time it was due to arrive - they hadn't sent it. Rang another firm, who got a cab to me within three minutes, so I caught my train. Looks like you still need to call them as well as use the app.

No point using the app if you're going to pre-book. I've done multiple pre-books around various time, so I thought I could guarantee a driver (some 4+ hours in advance) Only for it to get to 20 mins before my pickup time and they cancel. I rang and asked why they couldn't of told me sooner apparently they don't get the jobs till a certain time if booked on app, and I should just call - defeats the point of having an app, surely. Also, pickup times are wrong they say 9 mins, and you could be waiting 20
