Booked a taxi, 3 min away got to me and canceled waited 5 mins and was allocated another driver 7 mins away, drove 300ft from me then canceled. Waited another 15 mins amd was allocated a driver 25 mins away. Cant talk to a human as the phone number is answered by AI, only option 7 to cancel your taxi. Canceled and called the office, said that the next taxi will be an hour away, I asked how I know it won't cancel, said they didn't know. Useless

first of all I'd like to say that I am of mixed heritage. On renting a driver from boro taxis the drivers have been disrespectful to where the drive has been uncomfortable. Never had a problem with the white drivers it's always been with the aisan/African ones I've rented. This isn't about prejudice as I am half Jamaican myself, this is about findings I have personally experienced myself
