Drivers and staff are brilliant but the app is terrible for me, used to work fine and now either card or cash payment and any time of day it constantly says no cars are available, never had any issues over the phone to the company booking taxis

Normally 5 starts but this drive pressured me into getting out of the car while the was a group of VERY drunk, rude and disrespectful men. I have ASD and anxiety. Lady at the petrol station then warned me that one of the blokes is a nasty man and to be careful. Being from Birmingham I can spot people like said man a mile away. The driver wasn't having any of it. Note to self a box of chips wasn't worth the anxiety it caused. I would rather of pushed biked it. Plus he took the long way
