EDIT: changing to 5 stars. Customer care reached and resolved the problem effectively. ORIGINAL: the app is simply dysfunctional. After 2 weeks the ring is not connecting and the health connect option is not working anymore. I reinstalled the app and now the ring is not discoverable. 13000 down the drain

Unable to connect to Wi-Fi and unable to contact anyone for support. Just a paper weight until I can get UPS for my cash.

The device is too useless. It does not show instant heart rate. The chatbot gives you steps in PDF but PDF has only advertisement and not guidelines. Then the app doesn't function properly when connected to Wi-Fi. While sleeping 200-300 steps got added extra automatically. In short, the product and app both are too unreliable.
