App not working properly after latest update on samsung phones. Not able to mark attendance. The app shows not able to capture GPS location. Earlier it was working fine

This is the attendance system followed by the institution im working, and it's compulsory for me. When I try to register my entry, it's bringing daily some issue, face read is not enabling, lighting issue, far away from location, though I do it in same place of entry. I tried multiple ways to refresh like to uninstall the app and reinstalling it or update the app, getting Wi-Fi from someone else, still it's not working properly... Having a faulty application and punish the user for that is not fair
