To Customer Service, Abay Bank, I am writing to formally report a serious issue I have been experiencing with your mobile banking and fund transfer services. Specifically, when I transfer money to another person, the amount is deducted from my account, but it does not appear in the recipient’s account. This situation is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the security and reliability of your system. In addition, I have repeatedly experienced problems with ATM services.

The worst mobile banking app I have experienced so far. It frequently displays error messages, and there are so many bugs that need to be fixed. Your bank feels far behind in digital banking compared to others, and there’s a lot of work needed to catch up.
